It is designed to serve as the foundation for your trip planning. In addition to the guide, we offer a range of optional services to further customize your journey. During our consultation call, we discuss your travel plans and determine which of these add-ons will best suit your needs. After our conversation, I will provide you with a personalized quote that reflects only the services that add true value to your trip. The available add-ons are as follows: Transportation Assistance – For trips up to 10 days, this service costs $50. For trips of 10 days or more, the fee is $80. Our team will research the best routes, coordinate local transit options, and secure tickets so you can travel smoothly throughout Japan. Dining Reservations – At a flat fee of $150, we take care of making reservations at upscale restaurants. Our team will make multiple phone calls and coordinate with local contacts. If your preferred restaurant is difficult to book, we also prepare a curated shortlist of similar alternatives to ensure you have excellent dining choices. On-Demand Support – This service is available for $120 to $150 and provides you with direct phone support during your trip. Whether you need to adjust your itinerary or resolve an unexpected issue, we are available to help throughout your journey. Cultural and Experiential Planning – Priced at $125, this service includes researching and arranging unique cultural experiences and local activities that go beyond typical tourist attractions. You will receive personalized recommendations and assistance with securing reservations for special events or classes. Through our consultation call, we review these services and decide which add-ons will truly enhance your travel experience. This approach ensures you only pay for what you need and that your final quote is tailored to the specifics of your trip.
