Our Custom Tour Guide service begins with a free 1.5-hour consultation, where we delve into your travel goals and preferences. Whether you’re planning to explore Japan’s hidden gems, dine at exclusive restaurants, or need assistance navigating the country’s unique customs, we’ll create a travel plan that’s built just for you. Step-by-Step Process: 1. Questionnaire & Pre-Consultation Preparation: After you book your free consultation, we’ll send over a short questionnaire to understand your ideal trip—favorite activities, dietary needs, preferred travel style, and more. This helps us prepare tailored options before our call. 2. Free 1.5-Hour Consultation: During our video call, we’ll review your questionnaire and determine the level of support you need. Here, we’ll discuss whether you want us to handle all your reservations (e.g., hotels, restaurants, and special activities). Note: Some exclusive restaurants may have additional reservation fees if third-party services like Tableall are required. 3. Receive Your Personalized Travel Plan Options: After the consultation, we’ll provide you with a three-tiered service proposal for your trip: • Basic PDF Guide (Most Affordable) Includes a detailed day-by-day travel plan, custom maps, transportation tips, and restaurant recommendations—all formatted as a downloadable PDF. • Enhanced Guide + Reservation Support (Most Popular) Everything in the Basic PDF Guide, plus on-demand printed copies and full reservation handling for your hotels, activities, and dining. Any variable costs for booking high-demand restaurants will be clearly outlined. • Deluxe On-Site Support Includes everything from the Enhanced Guide + Reservation Support, but with the added benefit of having me as your on-site tour guide during your trip.
